1. Who we are
Shipseo is operated by [LEGALNAME — PENDIENTE], tax ID [TAXID — PENDIENTE], registered at [ADDRESS — PENDIENTE]. You can reach us at hello@shipseo.dev.
Creating an account means you accept these terms. If you disagree with any of them, do not use the service.
2. What the service does
Shipseo crawls the pages of websites you declare, analyses their on-page SEO, and proposes fixes. With your explicit authorisation it applies those fixes by writing directly to your content management system.
It also generates content using Anthropic AI models, from the instructions you give it.
3. We write to your site: what that means
Applying fixes requires you to give us CMS credentials. We store them encrypted and use them only for the writes you approve.
Writing to a live site carries risk. Although we verify every change after applying it, we cannot guarantee that a change will have no unwanted effect on your site, your rankings, or your sales.
Keeping backups of your site is your responsibility. We recommend testing on a staging environment first.
4. Sites you may connect
You may only connect sites you own or for which you have the owner’s explicit authorisation. Connecting someone else’s site is grounds for immediate account closure, on top of any legal consequences.
You are responsible for whatever Shipseo publishes on your behalf, AI-generated content included. Review it before it goes live.
5. AI-generated content
Content generated by Shipseo comes from language models and may contain factual errors, inaccurate claims, or text that does not match your brand.
We do not guarantee its originality or that it is free of third-party rights. The decision to publish it, and the responsibility for what is published, are yours.
6. What we do not guarantee
We do not guarantee any position on Google or any other search engine. Nobody can: ranking algorithms belong to third parties, change without notice, and depend on factors outside our control.
The score Shipseo shows is our own estimate based on observable technical criteria. It is not an official measure of anything, and it does not predict traffic or revenue.
The service is provided "as is". We make reasonable efforts to keep it available, but we do not guarantee it will be free of interruptions or errors.
7. Plans, payment and cancellation
Payments are processed through Stripe. Each plan includes usage limits, shown in the application, that reset monthly.
You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already billed and does not refund the current period, unless applicable law says otherwise.
If we change prices, we will tell you before the change affects you.
8. Suspension and account closure
We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms or the Code of Conduct, that puts the service or other users at risk, or that does not pay.
You may close your account at any time. When you do, we delete your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
9. Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you have paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to it.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for wilful misconduct or personal injury.
10. Changes and governing law
We may amend these terms. If a change is substantial we will give you reasonable notice; continuing to use the service afterwards means accepting it.
These terms are governed by [JURISDICTION — PENDIENTE].
